Traditional small tagliatelle with chicken

Ingredients (makes 5-6 servings):
- 500 gr traditional small tagliatelle the "the authentic"
- 1 chicken (about 1 1/2 to 2 Kg), in portions
- 1-2 onions, chopped
- 1 tin tomato concasse or a tablespoon of tomato paste
- 3/4 cup. olive oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Grated Greek cheese "Kefalotyri" (optional) or Parmesan
Wash the chicken and let it dry.
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the chicken
Add onion in pan, stir for 1 minute and add 2 cups of hot water and all remaining ingredients except pasta.
Once the chicken is tender, empty with the broth in a clay pot or pan, add the pasta and extra hot water and place in preheated oven.
Cook the food at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is tender as well the pasta.
Serve in portions and sprinkle with the grated cheese or fresh chopped parsley.
