The basic food quality and safety policy, according to which all "dyas s.a." company actions are being programmed, is greeted with broad publicity, both inside as well as outside the company itself and can be summarised as follows:
- To achieve and preserve the quality of its services at the level promised to its clients, using the best available technology and know-how.
- To conform to the requirements of the implemented Food Safety Management System ISO 22000 /2005, including the requirement for constant amelioration of the company, by means of an effective exploitation of human and material resources.
- To apply a permanent process (HACCP) within the frame of a food safety Management System through which it will ensure a high level of hygiene and safety for all food products.
- To supply, store and distribute products, according to the regulations provided by any given legislation in force (i.e 178/2002/EC , 852/2004/EC, other European or national guidelines for food safety), while emphasising on the suitability of its products for the totality of its clients as well as sensitive groups of the general population (children, elderly, people with allergic predisposition)
- To complete the agreements within the agreed deadlines and always according to the predefined terms
- To program the given enhancements, according to the information fed back by the clients
- To ensure the organised training and education of all its employees in order for them to acquire a quality conscience and specialisation in their duties.
- To make constant efforts to decrease customer complains and non-conforming products.
In general, our company’s main objective goal is to continuously improve both image and credibility by means of supplying products and offering services of high quality, in addition to competitive prices. To ensure that policy is appropriate for our company’s aim, that it is being reviewed as to its continuous suitability and it is being made known and understood within the company itself.
