Sour "trachanas"(frumenty) with traditional Greek sausage and feta cheese

Ingredients (makes 2-3 servings)
- 1/2 cup of water trachana "the authentic".
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cups fresh milk
- 500gr feta cheese
- 250 gr traditional Greek sausage*
- salt and pepper
Cooking directions:
Pour water into the pan and immediately, while the water is cold, add the trahana. Mix well keeping on medium heat. Add salt, pepper and the sausage cut in small pieces .Bring to a boil and let it cook for at least 15 minutes, stirring constantly. At the end of cooking add the grated cheese and stir slightly. Serve immediately on warm plates.
